3. Data Deletion Rights

Your Right to Delete: In accordance with app store requirements and global privacy standards, we provide all users the right to delete their account and all associated data.

  • In-App: Go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account
  • Email Request: Send a deletion request to support@bayna.com

Processing Time: Your data will be purged from our PostgreSQL databases within 72 hours of the request. Some anonymized data may be retained for legal or analytical purposes.

Data Retention Period:

  • Active accounts: Data retained for the duration of account activity
  • Deleted accounts: Data purged within 72 hours
  • Transactional data: Retained for 5 years for legal and accounting purposes (anonymized)

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
