- Email Request: Send a deletion request to support@bayna.com
Processing Time: Your data will be purged from our PostgreSQL databases within 72 hours of the request. Some anonymized data may be retained for legal or analytical purposes.
Data Retention Period:
- Active accounts: Data retained for the duration of account activity
- Deleted accounts: Data purged within 72 hours
- Transactional data: Retained for 5 years for legal and accounting purposes (anonymized)
